This program will be devoted to responding to the consensus on corporate India's need to build women leaders who are accomplished, contributing, and with a global mind-set that will add value to the organization and the society in which they work.

This will be a unique and pioneering program for India that will commit to nurturing and guiding 25 senior women executives each year from corporate India, who are nominated by their companies, to engage with cross-industry peers and learn from each other's experiences and from the distinguished leadership faculty of the WILL Mentoring Council.

The Program will be residential for 5-days over two phases (April and August 2010) -- and will involve continuous assessment and direction throughout the year-long leadership learning experience.
