This program
is devoted to responding to the
consensus and mandate for
creating women business leaders
who are accomplished,
contributing, and with a global
mind-set that will add value to
the organization and the society
in which they work.
The program
is a unique and pioneering
opportunity for corporate India
and multinationals, that commits
to nurturing and guiding 25
senior women executives each
year, who are nominated by their
companies, to engage with
cross-industry peers and learn
from each other’s experiences
and from the distinguished
leadership faculty of the WILL
Mentoring Council.
We are most
privileged to have Tata
Management Training Centre (TMTC)
as the Knowledge Partner for the
WILL “Creating Women Business
Leaders: 2010” program, which
will take place from May 10-14
at TMTC campus, Pune. The
Program will be open exclusively
to WILL Corporate Members
and Participating Companies, and
will be residential for 5-days
(May 10 – 14), followed by
3-months of individual mentoring
for the participants, and
continuing assessment and
direction throughout the
year-long leadership learning
experience.
The WILL
“Creating Women Business
Leaders” program is committed to
a vision for creating a rich
talent pool of senior women
executives who can participate
in top-management positions and
the decision-making process of
best performing organizations.
We hope you will join us on this
important mission for corporate
India -- and the vast community
of global stakeholders. |
